Recently, it has occurred to me that the Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia spells out all entry names for enemies and objects within a Mario title in all-caps, 100% uppercase (e.g. "SUPER MUSHROOM" instead of "Super Mushroom"). This includes objects that we know from other sources are actually written all in lowercase, such as one-way panel. With that in mind, how do we know for sure that the title for this article is spelled with starting uppercase letters ("Obstacle Bubble"), and not in all-lowercase letters ("obstacle bubble")?
