Did she really voice Boom Boom and Pom Pom?[edit]

The edits that first claimed she voiced those characters are completely unsourced, and she's not officially credited in any of their appearances (3D Land didn't have voice credits at all). Usually, Nintendo does not hire professional voice actors for enemies, bosses and other ancillary Mario characters, instead opting to use stock sound effects or the voices of their own employees. The few times they have, such as the Koopalings, they usually get proper credit on at least their first appearance. Boom Boom and Pom Pom's voice clips do somewhat resemble Lani Minella's previous performances as Morton and Wendy respectively, but as far as I know, it was never officially confirmed or made evident that she voiced them. In my opinion, it's far more likely that a Nintendo employee voiced them as was previously done with King Boo, Petey Piranha and Major Burrows, though this is of course speculation in and of itself. I think Minella's credit should be removed at the very least though. --PaperSplash (talk) 16:30, August 24, 2020 (EDT)

Until evidence is presented, I think that's fair. --Glowsquid (talk) 18:43, August 24, 2020 (EDT)
