Name capitalization

@L151, the new capitalization used in the article is incorrect. Discoveries consistently format the name in sentence case as "jewel bug." The pages in the game that detail jewel bugs and other insects are not a reliable source for capitalization, as their section headings are intrinsically written in title case. I had previously discussed this topic in detail with @Cloudwalker and @PopitTart. The name plate exploration tools and those pages don't provide enough text to indicate that the named subjects aren't intrinsically written in title case, but the discoveries are plainly written in sentence case and do not uniquely capitalize "jewel bug." The only problematic names are those that appear only in name plates, like chime bugs' name. B700465189a9 (talk) 05:48, July 16, 2026 (UTC)

I agree with L151, however. The names are presented in title case on the name plate and pages while being presented as a name for the creatures, while in sentences it’s more ambiguous. I feel like we should use those names for at the very least the article title. It's me, Cloudwalker! 11:10, July 16, 2026 (UTC)

I should also mention, that in the special pages, there's a notable example of title case being only used to refer to headings whether via the Name Plate or the various headings in Underground Critters page, and then the name being reverted to sentence-case when mentioned in another critter's description. I highlighted those in red:

Made of organic components that are similar to those of hot peppers.

~ Mole ~
Highly territorial creatures that guard the underground areas they call home. Fond of super-spicy bugs.
