From what I can see, this Blargg, the Super Mario-kun one, and the Mario & Wario one are the same character, just with different roles, something that happens to all characters in the Super Mario franchise in general. So, unifying the information from all three appearances on the same page doesn't seem like a bad idea. Super Mario Kodansha gave him a unique name, but Super Mario-kun also gave him a unique role and unique abilities, and Mario & Wario was the one that created the character, that's how I see it. The character went from being a decorative element to having a unique role with its own name.

- I dunno... only KC Mario made this Blargg relevant as its own monster, quite different (in the role) from other Blarggs met so far; in SMKun while it is tied to a curse, the Blargg is still a normal Bowser's minion, identical to other Blarggs in the manga (except the one from Volume 1, the only one able to talk),. While based on the same subject, I don't think we can consider all of them a separate character from the main species (apart from the fire monster that can lead to the end of the world because of its size and powers, something the other Blarggs are unable to do).
