What are you talking about, no it's not! Why in any way would it be mean? It's helping the Wiki either way, and it's making no difference and ANYONE has the freedom to make articles of passed proposals, so you're talking a load of rubbish. MrConcreteDonkey 17:32, 19 May 2011 (EDT)

Everyone is part of this Wiki. If it's on a proposal, anyone can make it. If anything, the proposer (and you) should be grateful for what Reddragon19k did. Anyone can create this page, so it's anything BUT mean. It doesn't matter who makes it, or if it's 'mean', it helps the Wiki either way. Seriously, there's nothing wrong with this. Guess what? I made the proposal, and I don't care who made the article. All I care is that the article was created.
