The Omocha Kōjō is an abandoned toy factory located in Toad Town's outskirts. It appears in the first chapter of Super Mario Bros. 4: Super Mario World 6 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga.
Bowser and the Koopalings use the abandoned factory as a hideout, where they create Mechakoopas to sell as toys and get out of poverty. Using his poverty as a motive and the convenience of the very distant location, the Choropū-tachi steals the Golden Mushroom from the Hōmotsu-kan and frames Bowser for it. When Mario, Yoshi, and Luigi go to investigate (informed by the real culprits), they cannot find the Golden Mushroom, and later arrest Bowser for forcing two kids to buy his toys via threats.
It is implied that Bowser continued to use the factory's machines to make other toys and a chloroform Bob-omb that Wendy uses in the following chapter to kidnap Princess Peach, but the Koopa family moved their base to the film studios.
