(First topic)

Can you change this to something that includes: $7 (Username of blocked guy), $8 (Start of block), $7 (end of block) and $5 (Block ID) Marioguy1 (talk)

Why jump to $5, $7, and $8? Shouldn't it be $4, $5, $6, and $7 (also, you repeated $7 twice)? · SMB (Talk) · 14:49, 24 July 2009 (EDT)
I have no idea, ask the makers of mediawiki and the username was $6, sorry. I checked this all out on the wiki where I'm a bureaucrat. Marioguy1 (talk)

I'm wondering why. Sprite of Mario's icon in Mario Party DS It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 12:09, November 1, 2025 (EDT)
Mario, will this blocked text message look more softened instead of being plain text? plain text is not an infobox, and this new blocked text will replace the old one. 70.116.225.227 12:15, November 1, 2025 (EDT)
For us to change the infobox, there has to be a problem with current one we're using. Why are we changing this to look more like the Wikipedia one? What are the limitations and issues of the current one we're using that we need to address? I'm asking this because we're using it for years without too much issues. The proposed links from the bottom are not going to be helpful because we do not have elaborate policy pages and FAQs for blocks, and even if it's a problem that we need to create these pages, this doesn't necessarily mean we should redesign the template to be Wikipedia's block template. So, why do we need to change this? Sprite of Mario's icon in Mario Party DS It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 12:44, November 1, 2025 (EDT)
because this message looks new, instead of a username block, an account blocked should be considered. (also removing the unhelpful links that's not related to this wiki).70.116.225.227 12:47, November 1, 2025 (EDT)
Without a clear answer to my questions, I'm going to say no. Sprite of Mario's icon in Mario Party DS It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 16:20, November 4, 2025 (EST)
