The Kinoko Biru is a tall Toad House skyscraper located in the Mushroom Kingdom and that only appeared in Super Mario Bros. 4: Super Mario World 6 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga, as the main setting of chapter 3. It has 50 floors and various mushroom towers popping around the building.
During the Mushroom Kingdom National Day, the Kinoko Biru hosts the People's Honor Award on the last floor, in which the most valued person in the Kingdom is given a prize from Princess Peach. Mario, working as security, gets the prize. Right then, Bowser appears to steal the prize, threatening to use a bomb, but due to Yoshi's clumsiness, he detaches a tube from a gas main, causing people to evacuate, and after eating a red-shelled crab, accidentally sets the building on fire, with Mario, Yoshi, Bowser, and Peach still inside.
After various runarounds, the four are able to escape the fire from the rooftop, just before the building collapses: Peach and Yoshi on the Koopa Clown Car, and Bowser being carried by Cape Mario. As punishment, Bowser is ordered to repair the building, dragging his kids into the punishment, despite them not even being involved in the first place, while Yoshi manages to convince the firefighters that Bowser started the fire.
