File talk:Conker RareWare Logo.jpg
(First topic)[edit]
Shouldn't we keep this file as a regular file and not a personal one? This was used in the 102th issue of Nintendo Power for the Diddy Kong Racing section. Sure, it may have been created for E3 1997 but it's been used in media relevant to the Mario franchise. Zing Zang Zote

I've been thinking about it for
Why was this file made a personal file, exactly? I remember uploading it a while back, then later seeing that it was removed from Conker's article, and it was being used on a user's page as a personal file. This is stupid though, this image was used in promotional material of both Twelve Tales: Conker 64 and Diddy Kong Racing, with it appearing in the DKR section of the 102th issue of Nintendo Power, making it relevant enough to have on Conker's article. Just because it was also used in promotion for a non-Super Mario game doesn't mean it shouldn't be included. I bet some artwork of the Sonic characters in the Mario & Sonic series re-use artwork from the Sonic franchise. This should definitely be reverted to a regular file again, and be included wherever it should be included.

Keep it as a personal file[edit]
Comments[edit]
Why does this need a proposal, exactly? It seems obvious enough to me. We've had no problem using Inkling artwork from Splatoon that was reused in Mario Kart. Hewer (talk · contributions · edit count) 13:36, May 4, 2025 (EDT)
- Should I cancel this proposal and just put into action? I even thought this proposal was a bit odd, but the file had gone unnoticed for too long and decided to make this proposal anyway. Zing Zang Zote
