Porcupuffer[1] is one of the bosses in Mario Pinball Land. It is found inside a shipwreck in the Frosty Frontier Stage. It mainly swims around the ship, but after enough time has passed, it extends the spikes on its body and homes in on Mario directly to knock him around the room. When hit by cannonball bombs or Invincible Mario, it inflates, leaving it temporarily vulnerable to Mario's pinball form or a cannonball bomb. Every time it takes a hit, it summons two little puffers to help it attack (or a single new one if one has already been defeated), and the player earns 10,000 points.
