A Koopasta Dish is a pasta item in the Paper Mario series. Tayce T., Zess T., and Dyllis can all make this dish, which recovers both 7HP and 7FP in Paper Mario and in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, but in Super Paper Mario it briefly halves damage taken. It's made by cooking up a Turtley Leaf with a Dried Pasta (Paper Mario), a Fresh Pasta (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door), a Spaghetti (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) or a Fresh Pasta Bunch (Super Paper Mario)
