They can be defeated by Bowser if he attacks them in the overworld for coins, but Mario and Luigi have to fight them. They attack in strange ways. Trivia
- During one of their attacks, a roar very similar to Yoob's can heard. This may be because in the attack, a long tongue (Presumably belonging to a Yoshi, which is probably Fawfulized) turns them into an egg and spits them out. This is also a reference to Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
