The Slowgo Candy is a Red Candy in Mario Party 8. It has the combined effects of the Sluggish Shroom and Mini Mushroom items from past Mario Party games. When used (and after some Stopwatch-like special effects), it lets the player hit a slow-moving Dice Block with 1-5 on it. It is usually more expensive than the Twice Candy, costing 10 or 15 coins. It has a picture of a green Dice Block on the wrapper.
Trivia
- There is a badge with the same name from Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door called Slow Go Badge which forces Mario to walk rather than being able to run.
- The Slow Dice Block from Mario Party 9 has a similar affect to the Slowgo Candy.
