Tulips are giant floating red flowers in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Yoshi's Island DS, and Yoshi's New Island. When an egg (or a spit-up enemy) enters a tulip, the flower will start spitting out stars. It will toss out eight stars. Like many other things in the Mario series, Tulips have eyes.

Also, three small Tulips appear in the minigame Tulip Shooter.
