A Koopa Bun is one of Zess T.'s recipes in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They are made from a Turtley Leaf, and a Keel Mango. It looks like a turtle with what seems to be a moist bun for a shell that's coloured green. Using it restores fifteen FP.

In Super Paper Mario, it was replaced by the Koopa Dumpling which was made by Dyllis of Flopside. The ingredients to make it are Cake Mix and a Turtley Leaf. Using it halves damage players take for a short amount of time.
