Wonky is an underground information seller who lives in the Rogueport Sewers. For 5 Coins, he will give Mario information about legends, hidden treasures, or gossip.
Appears: Rougeport Sewers; go through the metal grating in west Rogueport; head right for the doorway; go into the left house above the elevator platform.
