Winner's Wheel is an item minigame found in Mario Party 3.
Gameplay
Before the game starts, the wheel has to spin. As the game starts, the player must stop the spinning wheel. Then the wheel stops and points to an item on the wheel the player desires. If the wheel ends on Baby Bowser, the player does not get an item at all.
