when login?

my bro hasn't logged on recently. He forgot his password and had tried over and over to login, but it said he had made too many recent attempts. He waited at least 45 hours! when can he log in again again? It says to "Try again later", and he tried again... way later! Please help--CosmicRedToad 06:44, 11 September 2010 (UTC)

Well... I'm guessing the account doesn't have an email address associated with it. I can reset the password if give me the username and an email address. --Steve (talk) 08:05, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
