Unfortunately, cutting out the middle step doesn't change the fact that your stories are still on subpages. User:NAME/TITLE/TITLE is a subpage and User:NAME/TITLE is also a subpage. You cannot keep these pages separate, and moving them around solves nothing: you have to cut and paste the content out of those pages and onto User:Chris Helper if you want to keep them on this venue. - Walkazo 23:36, 31 October 2011 (EDT)
- Yes, and your stories fall under the "pages that do not serve the Super Mario Wiki" grouping, and so, are not allowed, which is why we're asking you to move all their content to your main userpage (or off the wiki entirely). - Walkazo 23:45, 31 October 2011 (EDT)

- And I understand that, but that doesn't mean you can be an exception to the userspace policy: the stories may clutter up your page, but all your subpages are cluttering the wiki. The best thing to do would probably be to move your fiction off this website, maybe to Userpedia, Fantendo, or some other site, and focus on editing the wiki's articles, rather than your userspace. - Walkazo 00:00, 1 November 2011 (EDT)
- We're not running you off the wiki, and compared to plenty of other places, our simple request that users keep their content on one page isn't unreasonable at all. Anyway, thanks for cooperating so far; I deleted the pages you marked for deletion - can I delete the other pages too? It looks like all the content's on your main userpage by this point... except for User:Chris Helper/Story Characters, which also needs to be moved... So, you still need to move the content on User:Chris Helper/Story Characters to your userpage. You also need to move the content on User:Chris Helper/Mario & Nintendo references to your userpage as well, since it's just more fiction. Please do this as soon as possible, because we can't put off deleting these pages much longer. I'm also going to have to delete User talk:Chris Helper/Gifts, since it's also not what subpages are supposed to be used for. - Walkazo 22:02, 6 November 2011 (EST)
