'''Dark Intentions'''
Before the story, the writer would like to point out that the first extract of this book contains a page from the diary of General Hutts, a victim of the many heinous crimes a summoner committed.
June 1st, 2011
I put in research towards interplanetary war, and, fortunately, there is no threat.
But yet, the possibility of an unknown threat is possible. There may be no threat in our solar system, but who would search beyond? Never mind intergalactic war, what about interspatial war?
There may be another universe, but no one would see this theory as logical. There are tons of things we know, but many myriads of things to be discovered.
'''Chapter 1'''
Larry woke up. Naturally, being albino, he instantly put his sunglasses on, to cover the embarrassment of pink eyes. After having a shower, eating his coco pops, getting dressed, and applying his factor 300-sun cream (gravely as always), he set out. A normal boring day for Larry.
Until he got to army training. He believed that war was the road to peace. He ran, as he was late. Even worse, it was raining. His sun cream, now useless, was sliding down his pale white skin. That was his problem.
Meanwhile, in the ghettoes a man vengeful against criminals set out once again as a vigilant routine. Although man is the wrong word. His skin was a dirty green, made up with mosaic tiles of tough scales. His face was horrifically distorted, and his teeth, if bared, would send a grown man running in fear. Man? No. Dinoman.
He was normal. But some druggies had spiked the punch with dinosaur genes in a club. Not that they knew. The druggies persuaded the bouncer, Frank Prescott, to drink some. After the punch made him collapse no one else drank it.
In hospital, they diagnosed it as ‘partial mutation’. But deep down, it affected the full of him. Hateful to all criminals, especially drug dealers, he became the heat seeking, cold-blooded vigilante Dinoman.
'''Chapter 2'''
Larry had reached the academy. “Late again, Larry” chuckled General Hutts, “If it wasn’t for the fact you’re the best shooter in this troop, I’d be showing you the door”
“Sorry sir. Much appreciated sir.”
“Heh” smiled the general, patting Larry’s plastic army hat, “Keep good on the shooting, kiddo, and you can forget the punctuality crisis”
“No need to be casual sir” Larry exclaimed.
“Just ‘cos you’re in the army, son… doesn’t mean you should lose your emotions”
Larry casually replied, “You sound like my dad”
“You’re a good kid, Larry. Now, time for me to start exercises”
“OK” Larry said, through a smiling mouth.
The general stepped to the front. But suddenly, all went dark. The troop stopped in awe. Larry smiled for an instant, as the sun was killing his skin. But the smile transformed into a face denoting pure terror. The light restored, the troop saw that General Hutts was dead.
'''Chapter 3'''
In the ghettoes, a mysterious dark person with an oddly shaped head noticed Dinoman. When dark comes into context, this is jet black.
“Hmmph!! You’re a freak, like me. In my world I’m different, but I’m second to top dog. Servant of darkness they call me.”
“Wait! You’re planning something.”
“No, no, the lord does all the planning”
“Lord?”
“Yeah. Probably getting this country’s military sorted for good.”
“Wait a minute…”
“Too late! Gotta fly!!” And with that, the jet-black creature vanished.
Meanwhile, in the academy all hell broke loose. Many angry soldiers beat each other senseless, many cried home. Larry, partially trained to deal with death, had lost another father figure.
He searched the generals dying area, and saw an unwelcome visitor. He was jet black, but had a spherical head, with five spikes jutting from it. The figure hissed, “I wish I brought an amnesia gun”
“A what?”
“Pathetic dimension. Your dimension is the only one in the entire hypergalacticogoogleplexialsuperrydoniorhinarionite not to have amnesia guns”
“What? Oh never mind. Who are you?”
“Shame. I am your new overlord.”
“Huh?”
“Idiotic human. You Homo sapiens can’t teleport either. Or time travel! Or do summoning! You dunces need me.”
“Your name?”
“I don’t know that myself”. And with that, the figures blood red eyes glowed, and teleported the entire figure away.
'''Chapter 4'''
Larry refused to sleep. Dinoman slept for the first time in ages. Dinoman’s logic was the more sleep, the more energy for pursuit.
The next morning, Larry donned his clothes. Dinoman donned his detachable tail. Larry equipped his pistol (it was the only gun allowed to be used by cadets). Dinoman equipped his claws, and sharpened his teeth.
An odd light appeared in Kensington palace gardens, as reported on the news. Larry decided to get there by the underground. Dinoman got there by the sewers. In the gardens, Larry slowly edged towards the ball of light. He was close to touching it, but CLATTER!! A manhole opened. Dinoman emerged, somewhat triumphantly from the manhole. “Woo hoo!! I finally got the sewers right!! Oh, the look on queen’s face…” A cold stare interrupted Dinoman’s speech. Larry gave the cold stare, firstly in annoyance, but in a glance, it turned to disgust. “What are you, some slave of that patronising spikehead?” asked Larry, pointing his pistol towards him.
“Go ahead, shoot. My being of a freak show means I am bulletproof. I was human, pretty boy, and I’m after some jet-black servant of a ‘lord’”
“We have similar targets. Larry.” Larry replied, extending his arm.
“Dinoman. But listen, pretty boy, I ain’t your friend. You’re a soldier, and you kill. If you weren’t going for this lord guy, you’d be Dinoman fodder.” scoffed Dinoman, grasping Larry’s hand, and nearly crushing it with his immense strength. “Now, are we destroying these freaks or what?”
Reluctantly, they stepped into the light…
'''Chapter 5'''
“Welcome to Dimension void, your portal for all dimensional travel,” said the staff woman, who was jet-black, as were most people.
“Where are we?” asked Larry “And why is everyone jet-black?”
“Plus, where’s a freak with an odd shaped head that ain’t me?” Dinoman enquired.
“The answers are; a mid-dimensional spaceport, and a person of the name Servant of Darkness popped by, as did our supreme overlord.”
“What’s his name?” Larry replied.
“Nobody knows, not even the hypergalacticogoogleplexialsuperrydoniorhinarionit-ial database of the approved knowledge.”
“Okay. Where would they be?”
“The Dark Dimension, where else?” the women laughed. “You humans and er… lizard men… need to catch up in knowledge.”
“How do we get there?”
“The big gate saying Dark Dimension.”
“Uh, yeah, of course…” Dinoman half-heartedly replied while walking off to the big gate.
“Thanks.” smiled Larry, while following Dinoman.
'''Chapter 6'''
After appearing in Dark Dimension in a flash, Larry and Dinoman realized something. It wasn’t dark. Another thing they realized was a great big emerald nearby. Without turning a scale, Dinoman headed straight for it. Only to realize once again that this was in fact, a dragon.
Larry instantly shot at it, but like Dinoman, it was bulletproof. It let out an air-rending screech, and attacked Larry. It swung it’s crystal-encrusted tail and knocked Larry onto the floor. It closed in on him, and opened it’s brilliant-cut jaws, inhaled and… SCREECH!!! The sound of sawing and scratching filled Larry’s ears, and by the end of the ordeal, an emerald ornament of Dinoman’s face stood before him.
“Why did you save me?” Larry asked.
“And miss making me some money? You gotta be kidding, pretty boy.”
“Heh. Let’s go. We’ll pick that up later.”
“Um… Larry…” Dinoman interrupted. He was pointing at a castle, made of emerald-cut bricks. Both gaped in awe at the geode, then ran towards it. They ran straight for the door, when…
'''Chapter 7'''
“You’re unwelcome here,” said a jet-black soldier. “It’s private property of the Dark Lord.”
“Who says? Your amnesia gun?” Larry gloated.
“No.” replied the soldier “Dark Dragon does.”
“Oh, please,” droned Dinoman “not another dragon, I’ve already cut one today.”
“Okay. Dragon, come out to play…”
A giant shadow governed the ground. A mighty screech echoed throughout the land. A giant silhouette landed before Larry and Dinoman. Well, the actual creature, to be precise. A pitch-black creature with bat-like wings, spanning over fifty meters each. Its eyes glowed a demonic red and its face was emotionless.
Dinoman’s concern was with the soldier, as he beat him, and then threw his corpse at the dragon. The dragon didn’t care, as it made a tasty meal. All hope seemed lost, until Larry realized there were more than just tough scales.
“Look Dinoman! If I can shoot his wings…”
“…Then you’ll hurt the dragon!! But… how will that help?”
“I don’t know. But it’s worth a shot.”
“Or two.”
“Here goes…”
BANG!! A bullet pierced right through the left wing. On the right, Dinoman gnawed with his dinosaur fangs, ripping sections of wing off, and having a tasty snack. The dragon was at a disadvantage. Its neck was short and stubby, and thus couldn’t reach its’ wings. But it decided to turn radical in tactics. It faced its right wing, inhaled, and spewed a monstrous purple flame, destroying its wing, but not Dinoman. “Stupid beast! A tyrannosaurus survived hotter temperatures!!” he proudly exclaimed, but soon collapsed. Larry, too upper crust to eat bat wing, shot the dragon’s eye. It let forth a screech, howled in agony, as black, putrid goo spurted from its eye. Larry saw colour restore to the once dark dragon, and looked in horror at the body. It was dead, but had a look of contentment.
Dinoman woke up. Larry exclaimed “Heh! And I’m the pretty boy!!”
Dinoman coldly stared “I am… not Dinoman.”
“Who are you?”
“The flame corrupts, destroys morals. I am… Darkosaurus Rex!!”
“Corrupts? Oh, man… how do I free him?”
“Freeing is not of the question. You train yourself to murder. I hate murderers.” Dinoman leapt forward, he reached to punch Larry, but Larry shot him. Dinoman pondered about the bullet inside him, pulled it out, and laughed, “Listened well, eh? I said my skin was bulletproof. You are a prize fool.” His eyes turned a shade of crimson and he begin to liquefy, to the point of being disgusting black sludge. Larry stared in disgust. The black sludge cried, “You hate any nation! You bring death! You are scum!!!”
“Dinoman- I hate to do this…” BANG!!
The black sludge howled “Yoooooooooooooooou!! One of these days a dark flame will corrupt… you…”
The sludge regained colour and form. Larry left the unconscious body of Frank Prescott, leaving him for dead.
'''Chapter 8'''
Larry walked and walked, somehow hoping that he’d get anywhere. Eventually, he found a building. He didn’t care what the building was; as he was hungry and wished he’d been man enough to eat the Dark Dragon. He entered, only to hear “Ready men? March!! One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Stop!! Aim; fire!!!” All shot their air rifles at the targets.
A dark academy.
Larry realized the general had an abnormally shaped head. It was the freak Dinoman had talked about. Larry edged along the walls in a vain attempt not to be seen. A robotic voice monotonously droned, “Alert!! Alert!! Intruder detected!”
Servant of Darkness shouted, “It’s that kid the lord met!! Get him!!”
“But sir,” a soldier asked, “We’ve only got air rifles.”
“Pathetic!! You’re all dismissed! I’ll deal with this one myself… perhaps I’ll get more privileges from the lord.” Servant of darkness said, and quickly teleported to Larry’s position.
“Aaah… public enemy number 1… Larry Bargement.”
“How do you know my full name?”
“Come on! Any more than average summoner trains in magic, and the first lesson is mind-reading!”
“So you’re psychic?”
“No. I’m smart. Now, enough of this ta…” But before the sentence was complete, the servant’s leg was crippled thanks to a bullet. Larry blew his gun vainly. “You fancy yourself, don’t you?”
The servant smugly said. “Prepare for the smoke you blew to blow you… to smithereens!!”
He cast his hand towards the smoke, and a mysterious force pulled it towards Larry. It entered Larry, and then exited through his ears. Then, the smoke took form of Larry, even to the detail of owning a smoke-pistol. Larry vainly blew, and blew, and blew moreover, but all it did was tire his lungs out. The smoke Larry snared its gaseous hand around Larry’s abdomen, making Larry in the Servant of Darkness’ mercy. The dark general finally got up, and assured “You can be saved.”
“Ho… how?”
“You must help me in my scheme.”
“What… sch… scheme??”
“I need to overthrow the lord- he’s taking peoples lives, and the people with pleasures become his mindless slaves. I’m the only summoner bar him with free will. You will overthrow him.”
“Me?”
“I can’t- the lords on constant watch, with his demon guards- you need to…”
'''Chapter 9'''
Dinoman woke up. No one awaited him, and he was uncared for once again.
He ate the now rotting corpse of the Dark Dragon, and searched for people. He then found a sign. Waterfall valley: home of the famous pinsect cave- BEWARE! He decided to go there, and ask if anyone saw the Servant of Darkness. And so, he went there.
Upon arriving, he started asking. He asked four jet-black teenagers. One replied “Why? Having a freak party?” All of them laughed.
“Obnoxious little brat!!” shouted Dinoman, swinging his arm. Instantly, the teen pushed Dinoman towards his crouching groupie, which sent Dinoman hurtling towards the edge of the waterfall.
Before falling, Dinoman said, “Kids in my world are exactly the same as you.” He fell down, hoping those sharp rocks would break his fall. They did.
Wounded and helpless, the last thing Dinoman needed was a fight. His luck, however, brought him one. Or many. He was searching the caves for food, and he found some- that needed to be slaughtered. A four-foot tall insect with six legs, razor sharp pincers and a head shaped like a skull, with bulbous red eyes that looked like a flies’. Dinoman gnashed his jaws; bit off its head, and spat out a brain. One brain of many. Its headless body circled round aimlessly, attacking walls and stalagmites. Dinoman gloated, “Keep trying- it’ll never work.” Not directly.
Columns of rock started crumbling thanks to constant attack and the cave ceiling started falling. Dinoman felt stupid. He hoped for the best, jumped in the cavern water flow, and swam away. To meet with a giant, twenty-foot pinsect.
Dinoman thought of forfeiting, only to think of another option- to kill it somehow. How, he did not know. He first tried quickly running up the walls; only they crumbled after a blow from the pinsect’s pincers. Emerging from his pile of rubble, Dinoman, annoyed and frustrated, punched the giant insect, only to hurt his knuckles on a hard exoskeleton. Dinoman observed the angry beast, pondered for a millisecond, and ran. The pinsect quickly scuttled after him, and Dinoman felt his end draw close to him. Only to realize he’d just entered a small geode. He was now one meter away from a giant skull-like head with bulbous red eyes. Dinoman, in pure temptation, decided to pop the thin skin of an eye, to frustrate the creature. POP!! Pus-like ooze covered the geode, ruining perfectly good sapphires. The pinsect, madder than ever, let out a strange clicking sound. Dinoman popped the other eye, kicked the eyeless head backwards, and ran.
The giant pinsect ran in random directions, attacking a waterfall in literally blind rage. It clicked, lost it’s footing, and blocked the water flow. It attempted to regain its stance, but failed. Dinoman escaped, and searched for an exit.
'''Chapter 10'''
Larry had to go to Mischief Mountains. The Servant of Darkness said to go there. He found the range, and read the note. “Go to top of the tallest mountain- Mount Mayhem” Larry quoted. “Ok. That must be… this one!” A ghostly voice replied “Hi there… I’ve heard of the one named Larry… you are… Larry?”
“Um, yeah… you see any other humans?”
“No… but I see… I see… a mutation in the caves… to the secret base…”
“Secret base?”
“Ooooooooops… said too much… sorry lord…”
“Show yourself!”
“Look… at the top of… Mount Mayhem…”
“I will do then!!” Larry replied frustratedly. He climbed and climbed, ate some rations given to him by the servant, and climbed some more.
At the top, Larry looked for the speaking voice. “Look down!!” the voice shouted.
“I can’t see you…” replied Larry.
“Think closer to you dufus!! What follows you, yet doesn’t live; what lies at your feet and light not give?”
“Uh… uh… dark… follows… shadow!!” Larry exclaimed.
“Well look at your shadow!” Larry did, and jumped with shock. His shadow was not of him, but the shadow of a joker’s hat, with two floating hands beside it. The shadow morphed back to Larry’s, and a giant translucent figure appeared. It was a joker’s hat, with eyes and mouth, two floating hands beside it, and below, two crescent moons. “Hah!! Your face! Classic prank that- often do it to soldiers!!”
“Who; what are you? A ghost?”
“Not quite- I invented the belief in ghosts by pretending to be a soldier’s dead mum. I am the Joker Demon- I occasionally slip into your world to pull pranks- say, only 30 years old when the Vikings called me Loki… childhood times…”
“Wow- you’re…”
“850 years for humans. 390 demon years, though…”
“Stop finishing my…”
“…Sentences, oh no, I can’t do that…”
“Well… why did the chicken cross the road?” The joker demon instantly shrank- “I can’t believe you’d say such a… a… bad joke.”
“I know more…”
“Noooooooooooooooooooooo! Please stop this madness now! I beg of you…”
“I will- but you have to help me and the Servant of Darkness.”
“To do what?”
“Overthrow your master- the Dark Lord.”
“Well… he is a boring old guy… hey, why not- but my powers ain’t enough to beat him.”
“What are your powers?”
“Whatever I say, happens.”
“Say, roast dinner…”
“Roast dinner” Instantly, a roast dinner appeared before Larry, piping hot. “You know,” said Larry, “I think this may be the best roast dinner ever… speaking of roasting, how about some sun cream…”
'''Chapter 11'''
Dinoman had finally found an exit- a sign said: Private, keep out!! Dinoman couldn’t care less, as he couldn’t go anywhere else. He kicked the reinforced door that blocked his path, thus breaking it and triggering an alarm. “Alert! Alert! All elite soldiers attack the intruder!!” The sound of gunfire filled the air, and sarcasm filled Dinoman’s face. “I hate it when people think they can kill me with bullets.” Dinoman obviously did not remember being black, bullet-vulnerable sludge.
Dinoman walked down the stairs, walked up to a soldier, and crushed his gun- but one thing was odd. All of these soldiers had crests on their head. Dinoman asked the annoyed soldier “How come you all have crests?” All soldiers with a weapon monotonously chanted “We earned them.”
The unarmed soldier, originally furious, said, “Thank you, hideous human mutation, you have freed me.” The crest slowly retracted into his head.
“Freed you? How?”
“My guess is the weapon must have controlled us. Gave us an influencing sense of power”
“We gotta destroy the lot!”
“Well, those guns are produced in Dark Academy, so ultimately, we can’t destroy the source.”
“But we can free this lot.”
“But there are 3,456,675,482,921 soldiers here. We can’t destroy that many guns.”
“Well, take away the sense of power you talked about- I know…” Dinoman lifted his hands up. “Shoot me chumps. Go on, shoot me” Rapid fire rattling rent the air as Dinoman’s leathery skin took the pressure of over nine hundred quadrillion bullets. All bullets bounced, and gradually the crests began to shrink.
Eventually all 3,456,675,482,921 soldiers were free, and the first free soldier said, “Now, we can go home to our families and tell them the truth of what the Dark Lord said”
“What did he say?”
“When you ‘earn’ your crest, you’re announced as dead to your family.”
“That’s terrible…”
“I’m sure your family thinks you’re dead.”
“Yes,” replied Dinoman, retracting a tear, “They think I killed Frank Prescott.”
“Who?”
“Me.”
'''Chapter 12'''
“Where do I go, Jokey?”
“Hey, no pet names!” the Joker Demon angrily shouted to Larry.
“Whatever you say, Jokey!” laughed Larry. He did what General Hutts said. He kept a personality. “You want to go to Water World, and get that wet-head Water Demon in on this campaign against the lord.”
“Can’t you just teleport me there?”
“Not quite. I can teleport myself there, but not you. Sorry.”
“It’s alright, Jokey.”
After an hour-long walk, a quick roast dinner, and another half-hour walking (Or floating in ‘Jokey’s’ case), they got to Water World. Larry stared at the waterfall in front of them. “This is Water World? Some theme park this is!”
“The world is at the top of the waterfall- a plain filled with geysers, rivers, and the odd water monster!”
“Water monster?”
“They’re harmless. Well, to us demons. I don’t know if pulling humans into their aqueous body, denying them of air for an hour, and throwing the unconscious body into their river is harmful or not.”
“On second thoughts, you alone could probably overthr…”
“Oh, come on! Live a little- I don’t have the chance, so you’re lucky!”
“Bu…”
“I’ll help you up the waterfall…”
“Okay, okay, you win!”
In Water World, Larry stared at the ground. “I thought you said there was…” At once, a spout of steam erupted from the ground beneath Larry, sending him flying, whist he screamed “Geeeeeeeeeeeeyseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeers…” The joker demon, slightly annoyed, droned “Teleport to Larry’s location…” Larry, flying up, before plummeting head first towards a river clearly governed by a water monster, felt death was clearly upon him. But a giant hand swiped him from certain death.
“Now listen, you, don’t scare me like that!” the Joker Demon scolded, “I was genuinely concerned!”
“I knew you were a human hugger!!” a voice gloated.
“Come out, wet-head!!” the Joker Demon replied.
“Hey, no pet names!” the voice cried. A giant drop of water with two red eyes appeared from nowhere. “Hi, human!”
“The name’s Larry!”
“I can fight my own battles, Jokey!” shouted Larry, jumping down from the giant hand. “Listen, ‘wet-head’ I’m the leader of an organization against the lord.”
“Oooh! An organization with two members! Wow!”
“I’d love to here you go on, but the Servant of Darkness is in on it too.”
“Oh, the servant! Makes it aaaaaaaaall better!”
“Well, what do want? Think deep down. Do you want to be a slave of the dark lord…”
“Or a slave of the servant!”
“That wasn’t going to be my words… you will be free if you help us.”
“Enough!” The drop exclaimed.
Two hands appeared. Two crescents appeared below the drop. “Face the almighty wrath of the Water Demon!!”
The Joker Demon whispered, “I’m staying out of this… ‘cos if you can beat a demon in battle as a human, on your own… the demon in question becomes totally in debt to you. Try it!”
“What’s the hold-up! I eat humans for breakfast!!”
The plains’ rivers filled with water, and gradually Larry changed stance from standing to floating. The Water Demon plunged into the water, which rendered him invisible. Larry searched the water. All of a sudden, a current pushed Larry underneath the water. It flung Larry back and forth underneath the water, Larry flailing around aimlessly. Larry tried to escape the current, and, in doing so, kicked the Water Demon. Two red eyes appeared. “Ow!! First to three hits- one all is the score!” Larry reached the surface of the water, gasping for air, then shot his pistol through the water, towards the pair of demonic eyes.
“Ouch!! The score is two-one! I won’t lose!!” The tide of the sea-plain grew, soon before the water started to drain. The Water Demon revealed himself, and from his hand sprayed high-pressure water. Larry ran from the stream, and suddenly had an idea. “Jokey! I need a cool snack! In a freezer bag, please!!”
“Okay, seen as it won’t help you in battle and break the demon loyalty battle rules. Freezer bag! Pepperami!” A thermos bag fell from the sky, and inside, no doubt, was a flamin’ hot Pepperami. After eating the snack, Larry reached inside the thermos bag, all while running from the spray of water. He pulled out a freezer block. Straight away, Larry threw the ice pack at the stream, freezing it, and all of the Water Demon. “Now,” said Larry smugly, “I can free you- but I’ve won this contest.”
“Y… nnngh! Arrrrgh! L’t m’ uuuuuuut!!”
“Well, you’ll have to join us.”
“Oooo… kkkk… yyyyyy…”
“Say the magic words then, Jokey!”
“Defrost!” shouted ‘Jokey’. The ice melted around the Demon.
“I hate you, Bargement.”
“Well you’ll help me now.”
“Your next visit should be the Volcano of Despair… very aptly named… you will need some protective gear to go in.” the Joker Demon said, and Larry nodded. The Water Demon liquefied himself in sadness.
'''Chapter 13'''
“I can’t believe that you went through all that horror in your life. I should look up to you as an inspiration.”
“I’m no inspiration,” Dinoman said forlornly to the soldier, who stayed with him to eat some tasty rations. “I’m a freak, and everyone knows that in my world.”
“Freaks are respected here, except by teenagers…”
“I realized that.”
“Huh! Was that why you were in the pinsects’ cave- teenagers have the most awful sense of humour… killing for fun- makes me sick.”
“You’re telling me! I have nothing in my stomach to spew most of the time!” Dinoman laughed, then he got up, and said, “Thanks for the rations. I will try and help more people.” And with that, Dinoman exited the base, on the opposite end to the cave entrance. He smashed the door; despite it was already open after the mass escaping of 3,456,675,482,921 soldiers, he did it out of pure violent personality.
After smashing the door, Dinoman walked out into what he expected to be light. But instead darkness shined into his eyes. He had reached the Dark Plains. He only knew this because of a luminous sign saying ‘Dark Plains, food and drink available in café noir.’ Dinoman ran towards another luminous sign stating ‘Café noir; food and drink and no expense unpaid!’ Dinoman, fed up, went inside the black building, and instantly Dinoman winced. A bright light filled his eyes with tears. A magnesium lump produced the white light, ablaze, and violently sparking. “Why didn’t us humans think of that?” Dinoman said, staring at the light. Instantly, all the café turned around. “Did he say, humans?” the pitch-black waitress hissed angrily.
“Humans? He isn’t one! Surely not!” a punter replied.
“Listen you!” the somewhat racist waitress growled, “Did you say… h… h… hu… man…”
“Well, er yeah, but what significance does it make?”
“If you’re not of this world, you aren’t welcome here! You’ll have no giberites!”
“Giberites?” Dinoman enquired.
“Money, dufus! Now get out!” the waitress shouted. Dinoman backed away slowly, and gradually a mob gathered. “Kill the human! Kill the human!” the mob chanted.
“But I’m not hu…”
“Kill the mutation then! Kill the mutation then!”
Dinoman scrambled for the exit, opened the door into darkness once again. He ran blindly through the black grass that covered the black ground, and sprinted faster as he saw a jet-black mob, that was still chanting, “Kill the mutation!” Dinoman gave up.
“Shuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup!!” Dinoman shouted angrily. “We’re all living people, why prejudge humans? They are perfectly fine as a whole. It’s the prats you’ve got to watch out for!” Gradually, the crowd stopped being angry. Then, one person shouted “Messiah!”
“Messiah?” Dinoman asked.
“Yes! It says in Holy Sacrament of all things Emotionally and Spiritually Entwined that the one with the dragon’s face and with the scales symbolizing prejudice free attitude would be sent from another dimension by the Ultimate Fate Decider!”
“H-SESE basher!” the crowd shouted.
“Listen, I’m not the messiah, but, I must say, you shouldn’t judge one by his faith…”
“Messiah!” shouted the faithful one, followed by an echo from the crowd.
“I wish mum would say ‘he’s not the messiah, he’s a very naughty boy’” Dinoman muttered, but he couldn’t mutter for long as the crowd picked him up. Dinoman smiled, as now he was being respected for who he was. “I could get used to this messiah business,” he whispered to himself.
'''Chapter 14'''
Larry, in a protective suit the Joker Demon whipped up, had reached the Volcano of Despair. The puddle of sulking water stayed at the base of the mountain. The Joker Demon reluctantly stayed behind. “Sorry Larry… but I have to stay here.”
“Why?” Larry enquired.
“Well… you know wet-head over there?” he gestured to the Water Demon. “I’ll have to protect him… if the volcano goes off, then he’ll die…”
“Don’t keep reminding me,” muttered the Water Demon, folding his invisible arms where he should have been (If it weren’t for the fact he was on the floor sulking.). Larry saluted the Joker Demon, before jumping into the crater of the volcano.
He fell down, and down, and even further down. When he hit the ground, which was a sliver of rock floating in the lava, he heard a muffled word. “Intercom!” shouted ‘Jokey’, on the outside of the volcano. On the inside, an intercom appeared in Larry’s hand. “Are you in and alive?” asked ‘Jokey’.
“Well yeah, but I’m floating on a lava rock, in the middle of a lava flow!”
“Well, er… just um… try to get to a big island in the middle of the lava flow. Go for the inner band of rocks gathering around the island to help.”
“Okay, but I can’t jump that far. How can I do this?”
“Is there a decent amount of ceiling above you?”
“Kind of…”
“Okay then. Shout your location.” In response, Larry shouted as loud as possible. A loud smashing sound happened, and rocks fell from the ceiling. “Wrong area!” Larry whispered. But all the crashing did not help; it didn’t have a neutral effect either, as a yawning mass of fire and rock awakened from the lava. A three-way giant lantern of rock, small torches alit on each side, and a giant main lamp with a living flame. The flame had two glaring red eyes.
“He seems suggestive enough” Larry whispered down the intercom. Tittering came from the intercom, loud enough to hear by the giant lantern. “Suggestive? Suggestive?” he screeched as his head turn from a healthy orange to roaring blue flame. “I am not suggestive! I am the super powerful Fire Demon! Why are you here human? If you are of the sales type, you will be spit roasted!”
“I’m not here to sell anything. I’m here to ask you to join our troop against the lord.”
“The lord? Well, why didn’t you say? As long as that idiot Water Demon ain’t in your troop…”
“…Um… sorry… but he is…”
“What? How did you persuade him to join? He really kisses up to the lord.”
“Heh. I beat him in an um… I think it’s an ownership battle.”
“A loyalty battle, eh? Okay. It’ll be fun making wet-head mad by making fun of him. You got yourself a deal.”
“Okay. Want to help me out of this place?”
“Righty-o… is the Joker Demon in on this?”
“Yep.”
“Awesome. We’re gonna have some fun.”
'''Chapter 15'''
The new ‘messiah’ of the Dark Dimension was being carried around the plains. “What is your first official act, messiah?” the waitress who previously hated him asked.
“Um… be excellent… to each other…” He had remembered watching Bill and Ted when he was fully human.
“Yes… be excellent… to each other… you will cause mass peace!”
“I think that we should… um… look for… a… an… army base and um… tell them to… stop wars!!”
“Stop wars! Stop wars!” the crowd chanted. “To the base!!”
“Base?”
“Well apart from the confidential one, which no one knows the whereabouts…”
“You’d be surprised…”
“There’s a unbelievably big base where they train the soldiers.”
“Brainwash them, more like…”
“Brainwash?”
“Just take me there, loyal mob leader.”
“Okay, messiah!” They soon underwent a difficult journey, and Larry’s wasn’t great either.
'''Chapter 16'''
“Shut up… I can put you out you know…”
“Not before I evaporate you!!”
“Shut up the pair of you!” ‘Jokey’ shouted to the two other demons. “Or I’ll make sure the both of you perish untimely deaths! Where do we go, Flame-o?”
“Like all of us, I hate pet names.”
“Well, where do we go?”
“Rubble Range- to see the Earth Demon. He’ll be smart enough to come up with a plan…”
“I’ve already come up with one.” Larry interrupted. “Basically, I fight with this lord guy, he resorts to you guys for help and…” Larry looked down at a plan the Servant of Darkness “…when you come to do his bidding, you betray him and attack. All of you.”
“What? Even the Wind and Chaos demon?”
“Wind Demon I know about, but who’s the Chaos Demon?”
“Oh, right, the Servant won’t know about the Chaos Demon… he was inherited to the lord by the lord of chaos. In order to get to dark plains you’ll either go through him or a cave full of pinsects. What’d you pick?”
“The Chaos Demon, but what on earth are pinsects?”
“Evil little things… but a dragon is far tougher… although the giants are tough.”
When they reached Rubble Range, immediately the Joker Demon called out in disgust, “This is merely a boring version of my mountain range.”
“But… there is that volcano. Your range doesn’t have volcanoes,” Larry pointed out. Straight after being mentioned the volcano erupted. But, instead of lava flowing down the mountainside, the lava formed an abdomen shape. “Who dares disturb the Earth Demon’s realm?”
“He fancies himself… he refers to himself in third person.” Larry whispered to the Joker Demon.
“Larry… that’s not the Earth Demon… that’s Vusuvious, the volcano monster… he was that eruption that killed millions of Greeks… he’s always fun to bug… I know- tell him he smells of sulphur.”
Larry obeyed “Oi! Sulphur-pits! You stink!”
“Who dares anger the mighty guardian of the Earth Demon?”
“I do, sulphuric ponger!”
“Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! You anger the one named Vusuvious!!”
“So he does refer to himself in third person.” Larry muttered.
“What does the one angering Vusuvious mutter?”
“Nothing.”
“Nothing! You will be nothing! Get ready to be petrified!”
Then a voice from nowhere said relaxingly “Don’t harm this human, Vusuvious… you need a break.”
“The Earth Demon!” whispered the Water Demon.
“Ah, my friends, the elementals bar the Wind Demon, and oh! The jester popped round as well!”
Two triangular eyes made of rock appeared, with two W-shaped feet below the pair of eyes. Another pair appeared, this time of two igneous hands, made purely of Basalt-Granite mixture. “Hello, human, and many friends! What brings you here?”
“Well, Earth Demon…” Larry hesitantly said, “The Servant of Darkness has set up a group…”
“Oh, goody, a club!”
“Not quite. This is a mutiny against the lord.”
“I was wondering why you broke laws of the lord to visit me. Well, I believe that this will help me get to know you guys better. I’ll happily join.”
“Just two more members needed now, Larry. Windy and… what’s the Chaos Demon’s nickname?” Jokey asked.
“Don’t know. Poor guy. Needs to socialize more, you know,” sighed the Earth Demon.
“Well now, it’s er… Wind… Domain next.”
“Oh, that place is awesome.” Earthy wondrously replied, “Haven’t been there for so long…”
'''Chapter 17'''
When he reached the base, Dinoman inhaled deeply. “Here goes,” he sighed while cracking his neck with stretches. He burst into the academy. Instantly, the troops shot, many mob members being killed. Dinoman pulled the stuck bullets out of himself. “Look what you’ve done, soldiers. You killed people of your own kind, and for what? For security? That isn’t security, it’s murder. Look at yourselves. You have been brainwashed. It isn’t fair that you, you have been… been… given this sense of power… you… you… aren’t the summoners you are deep down… you’re… soldiers… murderers.” A solemn silence came amongst the soldiers. Their red eyes started to bear water, and they gave way.
The remaining mob members were stunned. “You were… touching just then… messiah.”
“I appreciate the fact you have faith in me. Keep doing so, as to fulfil prophesy… wow, I sounded like someone from the bible…”
“Bible?”
“Yeah. Some book in my world… a special book to some.”
“People like H-SESE bashers?”
“Yeah. You could say that. But the faith it taught is now distorted. That’s the thing with religion. It always will become hypocritical. You know, they’ll end up saying in here in the future ‘Dinoman died on a cross and was born on December 25th’. That’s the way it is.”
'''Chapter 18'''
Unlike the other demons, the Earth Demon was always friendly. “Are we there yet?” he asked, itching to see the Wind Demon. “Oh, I always thought that Windy was most powerful demon.” He added.
“How can he be powerful…” Larry enquired, “…When he controls wind?”
“Aaah… you’ll see.” Jokey replied.
“He’s super-powerful!” Earthy said.
“The elementals’ leader!” Flame-o added.
“Um… he’s the best…” the Water Demon reluctantly said.
“But what’s the big deal? He’s a wind-controller, not a flame manipulator, or a water-creator, or a say-happener, or even a landslide-maker! What’s so special?” Larry shouted. The Joker Demon stopped, his hand jerking forward, and nearly making Larry fall off, down through the clouds.
“The ionising point- watch as Windy recharges.” Jokey whispered. Larry stared as a square with a point on top appeared, two hands either side, and triangles below, like feet. The Wind Demon lifted his hands, and a giant bolt of thunder shot straight into them. The electricity, still visible, circulated round his body. When he noticed Larry, he quickly turned round and a bolt of electricity flowed off. “Who are you, and what are you doing with my friends?” he asked.
“I’m here in an organization against the lord.”
“Hmmmmm… interesting… but first… prove your worth. ELEMENTALS… UNITE!!” The Earth, Fire, and Water Demons all joined the Wind Demon. “Just me and thee, Larry. We have to beat them in a battle.”
The battle commenced. “Now, I’m a fan of the Demolympics, so we’ll do that. First, the hurdles!” The Wind Demon lifted his hands, and a solid track appeared. “In lane one, Wet-head!” little ball lightenings cheered and booed. “In lane two, Larry!!” The ball lightenings fell silent.
“On your marks, get set, go!!”
'''Chapter 19'''
Dinoman stared into the black air. “Unbelievable.” Dinoman exclaimed, “Look at that castle.” The mob looked. A giant face shaped spherically, with five spikes, glared back at them. “Well no one said he wasn’t vain.” Dinoman laughed. They walked along what seemed to be the royal gardens. But then they were stopped.
“You can’t go here… that head is the castle. The only people who come here are assassins.” It was a soldier, crested and yet full of personality. “I’m not thick!! Why are you here if it ain’t assassination?”
“We are here to stop war. We won’t kill the lord, just reason with him… I know he tried to take care of the dimension earth’s military.” Dinoman said.
“Oooooh!” the soldier scoffed “Why do you think you can reason with a psycho? You must be assassins!!” All of a sudden a loudspeaker turned on. A voice hissed, “I knew it! Call your lord a psycho, eh? I guess failed experiments can’t do good service!” So that’s why he was still sarcastic and not trigger-happy. Dinoman thought. “Sorry sir.” The soldier anxiously replied, “I was just saying they were lying.”
“Explain the phrase’s meaning then, soldier FE-012.”
“My name’s Chad!! Well, basically they said they were going to reason with you, so I was implying that they couldn’t possibly be telling the truth because they can’t reason with someone like you.”
“To my office! Now!”
“No! I’m here, come and get me!” Chad said.
“Demons… come here!!!” Chad’s face was no longer angry, but anxious. Then it turned to one of relief. “Demons!! Demons!! Demooooooooooooooooooooooooooons!!” The dark lord obviously didn’t count on what was going on in the Wind Domain. Chad laughed while he ran, “I’m free! The lord can’t summon!! Whoohoo!!”
'''Chapter 20'''
The Water Demon floated along the top of the hurdles, laughing. But Larry was speeding ahead despite having to jump. “How? How did… how did… how did…?” the Water Demon repeated after the hurdles. “Well, the poor human needed support, so I gave him a little kinetic energy.”
“But… that’s cheating!” ‘Wet head’ angrily replied.
“Actually…” the Wind Demon interrupted “The only things you can’t do in the Demolympics is teleport or travel backwards in time. He didn’t cheat at all.”
“Yeah!!” Larry shouted.
“Sorry to burst your bubble, but you’ve got me to beat next.” ‘Flame-o’ said.
“Now for the… the… fencing… yeah!! That’s right! Fencing!” the Wind Demon announced. “Now, we can’t have a mortal versus an immortal, such as yourself, ‘Flame-o’, that is your nickname, right?”
“Yeah.” Flame-o replied.
“And, mortals can’t become demons, so Flame-o, you’ll have to go mortal. Joker Demon! Make him mortal!!!”
“Okay, okay… make Flame-o mortal!!”
A bright light shrouded the domain. By the time it was dimmed, a strange human-like figure walked up to the arena. Flame-o looked like a burning corpse, but the flames weren’t consuming him. “Meet… the Fire Mortal!!” the once immortal figure shouted. “I haven’t felt so… undead…”
“Okay, okay, now all contestants get to the arena!! This is a basic sword fight… to the death!!!” Larry rolled his eyes at the elemental leader’s comment. “But don’t worry, even if the Joker can’t resurrect with say-happen, I’ll shock you back to life!” Larry glared at the burning figure. “Three, two, one, allez!!” The match started. Instantly the Fire Mortal set his sword ablaze, and stabbed rapidly at a frantic Larry. Larry sidestepped, ducked, and then lunged at him. The sword stabbed right through the fiery body, before melting. The Fire Mortals blazing skull cracked to form an evil smile. “Ha!! Now you’re weaponless! I win!! You lose!” The combusting embodiment of the Fire Demon stabbed towards Larry, and missed. He tried a feint, one-two slash-up-my-shoe, and a flying uppercut. But nothing worked, so he chased Larry into a corner.
“Now you’re dead, aren’t you, Larry?” the flaming zombie gloated. He raised his sword, cried out and paused. “Aaaaaaaaaaargh!! What’s happening?”
Larry smiled “When my sword melted, some liquid metal went in your veins. You’re the one dying.”
“I hate you!” the Fire Mortal shouted, before transforming back to his demon self. “Aw, I lost. Onto the Earth Demon, I guess.”
“Well, I er… never expected this outcome… the Earth Demon is next… go on Earthy! Show him your er… shot putting skills… yeah… shot putting…” the Wind Demon trailed.
“Sure thing boss!! I love games!” Earthy kindly replied, clapping his rocky hands together.
“Let the shot put event… begin.” The Wind Demon droned.
The Earth Demon’s first shot went into orbit. And considering the atmosphere is three times as thick as where Larry lives, it was pretty far. “Okay… first score… orbit…” the Wind Demon murmured while writing down the score. Larry threw the ball. Strangely enough, it flew into orbit. “What happened?” Larry asked the Joker Demon.
“I summoned one of my invisible minions, who carried it into orbit… good eh?”
“Okay… Larry… orbit… wait, orbit!” the Wind Demon shouted, confused as to what on earth, or dark planet home world 001 in this case, was going on. Earthy threw a second shot put,
which again, went into orbit. “Okay, orbit…” the Wind Demon muttered. Larry threw the shot put, and thanks to a certain minion, it went into orbit. Earthy’s third shot did the exact same- orbit. Larry strained, and threw (He had to make it look realistic.) and similarly, got into orbit.  But then a miracle happened. A shot put came falling from the sky. “Okay, whoever’s shot put it is, that person loses.” The Wind Demon said.
The Joker Demon tested the shot put with a DNA tester he whipped up to find out. “It’s Earthy’s.” The Joker Demon smiled.
“Wait!! He’s biased! You! You over there- electrobolt!! Check to see if he’s right!” the Wind Demon protested. The bolt came along, looked with his ball lightening head and wavered “He’s right, you know.”
“Oh great, so now I have to go against the human.”
“Don’t be so sure, Windy.” Jokey said. “I reckon ol’ Larry can do with a rest.”
“Who are you calling old?” Larry exclaimed.
“Sorry, Larry, but I just think you ain’t all that prepared for Windy.”
“So, Jokey…” Windy sneered “An a hundred meter run, then.”
“You got it, pal.”
Windy formed a lightening cloud, charged himself and poised himself. Jokey smiled, and set himself. “On your marks.” Jokey smiled “Get sweater, go!” Instantly a sweater appeared on Windy. Jokey speeded ahead while Windy lagged behind. “Grrrrrrr!! How dare you insulate my electrical energy!!”
“Sorry Windy, love to chat, but I don’t like anvils on competitors heads.” Before the Wind Demon could work out what the Joker Demon meant, an anvil was on his head. Jokey crossed the finish line. Windy solemnly and slowly crossed the finish line ten seconds later. “I hate you. I never understood why the Lord gave you the most power.”
“Well, I was made to be a loner. You elementals were meant to be a team until the lord separated you guys. Anyways, this revolt will bring you back together again. You’ll be back together, like you were meant to be.” A gaseous droplet came from the Wind Demons eyes. “You know what? You have a point. Give me a hug elementals!” The Demons hugged for a moment then separated quickly with a simultaneous “Bleeeeeeeeeuuuuuuuuuurgh!!”
'''Chapter 21'''
“Hmmmmm…” the speaker pondered “Seen as FE-012 has ran off, I say this to you.”
“Say what?” Dinoman replied.
“Go away! I’m busy planning a way to extend my empire and get rid of my only witness so I can do so. I’ll send a code red message to my Demons to look out for an albino human of the military sort. Then the Dark Lord’s speaker voice began to turn into an echoing whisper. “Hnnnnuaaaaammmm! LK oooooo fro naaaaaaaaaaah aolennnnnnnbeeeeeeey…”
“What did he say?” Dinoman whispered to a mob member.
“Mestripatation- an ancient language used by Demons and immortals.”
“Mestripatation? Sounds like Mesopotamian. Anyways, he doesn’t know I’m not of this world I’m guessing.”
“What? I heard something. What did I here!! Something about worlds!!!!”
“Uh…” a mob member stifled “He’s from home planet 5463. He’s just with us.”
The Dark Lord’s camera, next to his speaker, zoomed in on Dinoman. “Liar!! The inhabitants of home planet 5463 are chaos summoners! That th… th… thing isn’t a chaos summoner!”
“I… I…” the mob member stuttered.
“That’s it! I demand that the mysterious being be taken to my building of residence. It is the one building that is shaped like a cubist masterpiece. And I won’t let you escape, as I will close off all the gates of these gardens. FE-012 may escape, but not you.”
“He’ll never comply! Will you, messiah?” another mob member shouted.
“I will comply. Sorry, faithful ones, but I have to do this. If I am part of a prophecy, this is my destiny. Sorry, you guys. You were a good bunch.” Dinoman solemnly replied, while walking slowly to a Picasso style building.
The artwork crumbled, Dinoman walked upon the pile of rubble in confusion, and then it built itself back up. Inside, a lift appeared. “Hop in the teleporter.” A voice belonging to the Dark Lord said.
“It looks like a lift.”
“It’s a teleporter to the top floor where I am. I made it for pathetic summoners who never bothered to train in self-teleportation. Like it? You humans, ‘cos I’ve guessed you were human, need technology like this.”
'''Chapter 22'''
“We should go to the Chaotic Dimension. That old stick-in-the-mud Chaos Demon is there. Then your job’ll be over. Then we can plan the downfall of our other stick-in-the-mud, the lord.” Jokey declared
“Yeah. Um, Jokey…” Larry said “You said the Chaotic Dimension is one of the two ways to get to get to where this Dark Lord guy is, then it has to be perilous, and scary, and…”
“Yes, it’s all of those, and probably more but with us five you’ll be safe…”
“But…” the Wind Demon said, “The guy’s distraught. Don’t you know how he got inherited to the Dark Lord?”
“Not really.” The other four demons said in unison.
“Well, basically he was created by the Lord of Chaos. He was what they called a chaos summoner, originally from home planet 5463, but the high elders envied him for his skill in chaos wielding. He decided to hide in a secluded dimension called the Chaotic Dimension. In there he created a demon, which became known as the Chaos Demon. The Chaos Demon was made as partly matter, partly the fabric of dreams, and his dream half began absorbing all sorts of dreams, until one day, the Chaos Demon called to his master, ‘Master, master! The people of home planet 5463 are dreaming of you coming back, and freeing them of the iron fist of the high elders. They need you, my lord.’ And so, the Lord of Chaos went to save them. The chaos demon tended the unstable dimension and monitored the Lord of Chaos’ dreams. Until one day, he stopped picking up dreams. In grievance, he stopped tending the dimension and it descended into well, chaos. Then the Dark Lord came, flashing a will at him. It was the Lord of Chaos’ will. So now, the Chaos Demon is owned by the Dark Lord, and not treated well. He will be so happy we’ve all seen sense to attack the lord.”
“Okay, so how’re we meant to get there in a flash?” Larry enquired.
“Simple.” The Wind Demon said with a smirk. “In a flash.” The Wind Demon filled himself with lightening, grabbed the demons, and shouted “Hold on to your hats!!”
“Or humans, in my case.” Jokey said. And Larry’s view went from solid cloud world to a strange blue mist. Jokey shouted with difficulty, “I bet your vision is playing up. It’s called the Doppler Effect or something. Believe it or not, it happens to demons as well, um, excepting the Wind Demon.”
“Chaotic Dimension here we cooooooooome!!” the Wind Demon shouted. All of a sudden the blue mist cleared for Larry, and the Joker Demon loosened his grip, sending Larry flying into an odd abyss. But, as luck would have it, he landed on a floating rock. Larry stopped, and stared.
He saw a giant tornado blasting out water, rocks, and an odd purple gas. But instead of falling down the abyss, the rocks fell down a significant amount, before stopping suspended in the air, like the rock Larry was stood on. Water droplets froze temporarily, and then vaporized themselves in an instant. The odd purple gas simply floated around the tornado, increasing in volume continually. “Like it?” the Wind Demon said, “It’s a chaotic super tornado, the most powerful force on land. It can induce reality breakdowns…”
“Reality breakdowns?”
“Oi Jokey! I thought you would’ve told Larry about reality breakdowns!”
“No, sorry old chap!” Jokey replied.
“Well, basically, a reality breakdown is when the Laws of Physics, dreams, and all forms of sub-reality is temporarily warped. May I highlight temporarily- if I were you; I wouldn’t stay on that rock- it may fall now, or two days later. You just can’t tell when a reality breakdown’ll stop, Larry. Larry?” Windy frantically looked for Larry, and the rock. Then a wise sounding voice came from behind him. “You don’t look after your human well, do you?” Windy turned around to notice a pair of bicolour eyes, cyan and purple in an odd and constantly changing mixture. Next to him was a floating Larry. “Don’t worry, I saved him. Ah, Wind Demon, and all the others. Are you sure the spiky-headed wonder would approve of this?”
“No,” the Joker Demon said, “Especially not if he knew what we were doing.”
“Hmmmmm… you are… campaigning against tyrant the fourth’s evil empire, and… want me to… join…”
“Got it in one!” the Fire and Water Demon said unanimously before shouting “Hey! Don’t copy me!”
“Well, in that case, what are we waiting for? We need to ambush him now. I’m telepathically broadcasting you the plan.”
“Good idea.” Jokey smiled. “Let’s go.”
'''Chapter 23'''
The Dark Lord’s room was sparse. All the items were black. “Come to the chair” the Dark Lord’s voice hissed to Dinoman. When Dinoman walked to the chair, smoke covered the chair, and, by the time it was cleared, the Dark Lord was there. His blood-shot eyes glowed. “Do you know what happened to the last guy who tried to ‘reason’ with me? Well do you? ‘Cos I know what reason means to mutants like you. Beatings. I’m not thick, in fact, plotting to kill all earth military and succeeding unseen for three quarters of the way is fairly smart, wouldn’t you agree, XYDY genetics guy?”
“Is that my genetics?”
“Yes, and I, using magic alone, can tell you a million more things about you.”
“Like?”
“Oh no you don’t. You can’t get me monologueing while you listen to all your pretty bits of information.” He shot black wisps from his hand straight to Dinoman’s neck, wrapped them around it and pulled back to contract it. “Now then, Frank Prescott, tell me how you got here and why you know my plans.”
“Well, a guy with an odd-shaped head spoke to me like scum then mentioned something about you taking care of the military. I then followed a guy called Larry into this light, came across this dragon, which knocked me out cold. Next thing I know, Larry’s gone, and I went looking for the odd-shaped head guy. When I got here, I went into this café, and after an argument someone called me messiah, and I decided to do what they wanted, which was to persuade you to stop ruling with an iron fist.”
“Typical of that stupid servant to mouth off about my plans.” His eyes burned fiercely. “Well, now this is one of my witnesses gone, now all I need to do is find Larry Bargement. He pulled on the wisps like ropes, began to chuckle until BOOM!!
A hole appeared in the wall. Larry hopped off his helicopter, into the room. “What the… how did you get a helicopter?”
“A little help from er… someone.”
“That doesn’t matter! It’s two for the price of one.” The Dark Lord extended a wraith of wisps towards Larry’s neck. “Well Larry,” Dinoman choked, “It was good you came back for me. But now we’re both dead.”
“Don’t be too sure.” Larry whispered. In an instant, smoke appeared, and, after clearing, the Dark Lord viewed in horror the Servant of Darkness. “Hello there.” He smiled “Now, I’ll be freeing these.” He manipulated the wisps to disappear. “No use now, lord. You’re outnumbered, and I know magic.”
“No worry. Demooooooooooooooooooooooooooons!!” Instantly Jokey, Wet-head, Flame-o, Earthy, Windy, and Chaos-meister appeared. “Now who’s outnumbered?” the Dark Lord cackled.
“You.” The Servant of Darkness said with a smirk.
“What do you mean?” In another instant, an anvil, a torrent, a flame, a landslide, a lightening bolt, and a nightmare ray all flew towards the Dark Lord. Larry searched the burning rubble for a corpse, but there was none. The Servant solemnly said, “Our last phase of the mission has failed. The lord escaped in time.”
“Oh well.” Dinoman said, “I’ve learnt that killing ain’t always the best way to prove a point. I bet he’s not going to be dictating these parts again- every ally he once had hates him. Anyway, where do you think he went?”
'''Appendix'''
This last section indicates the location of the Dark Lord. Take this into account, so as not to meet him.
The Dark Lord floated through an infinite space. “Well, I guess that this is an empty dimension. Best get to work on making it my own…”

Me without my shyguy suit.
My current look.

Once upon a time on yoshi's island... the stork dropped both Mario & Luigi. But Kamek took me, as he did Luigi. Luigi got saved, but I didn't. Star child no. 7. I was there, locked up. I grew up in Bowser & Kamek's cell, and then I escaped. With the power jump of Luigi, I destroyed a prototype species of Goomba they were going to add to the Koopa Troop. I then forged an alliance with the Shy Guy Necroservers, a group of undead Shy Guys.

Okay, I didn't really do all that, but this is my character 'Mazzlebrozzle', and my account name. Anyway, the story continues...

The Shy Guy Necroservers soon met up with Yoshi- in the events known as Yoshi's Island DS- and in the disguise of yellow Shy Guy, I saw my comrades die. Angered, I struck at my older brother, Mario, who was riding the nefarious dinosaur. I soon saw the wrath of an egg, formed from comrade silver. I was out cold.

I soon woke up, and a cartooney character called 'Dimentio' extended his hand. I was in a strange green place. Dimentio called it Dimension D. He told me to remove my Shy Guy disguise, I did, and he mistook me for Luigi. He fought me, and lost. I had beaten him, but he retained his smile, and teleported me away, saying 'Ciou!'.

I wondered what Luigi had to do with him. Later, I spotted Bowser. I donned a Goomba disguise, certain he wouldn't suspect I was his ex-prisoner. He attempted to kill me... which was strange, but apparently he was attacking his own troop because of Nastasia... a hypnotist who served a higher villain than the Koopa King. I was determined. I jumped. My trademark jump surpassed Mario's, as it nailed Bowser. I ran, satisfied with revenge. I then retreated to a town called flipside. Chaos went on, but I chose to avoid it, and eventually peace ran through the veins of Flipside.

One day, I saw a Joker's hat. Then a head, and a body. It was the remains of Dimentio. I put him back together, as I wanted to learn black magic. I found a mushroom shake, and I restored Dimentio. He remains in my debt, but I am prepared for a betrayal. I now know all the black magic he does...

And so, that concludes Mazzlebrozzle's story.

Now, submit further story ideas below!
