The special move, Star Storm from Paper Mario.

Star Storm is a special move found in Paper Mario. When Mario rescues the Star Spirit, Skolar, Skolar thanks Mario and gives the special move to him. When this special move is used, Skolar appears and chants as stars rain down on each of the enemies Mario is facing, causing seven points of damage each.

Star Storm is similar to the Shooting Star item, even with the same animation, although it deals slightly more damage. The move costs two SP to use.

Trivia

  • The only difference between the animation of the Shooting Star item and the special move Star Storm is that the falling stars in the Shooting Star item fall toward Mario, while the falling stars in Star Storm fall away from him.
