The mini-game Spinster Bowser.
It has been requested that this article be rewritten and expanded to include more information.
Spinister Bowser is one of the few mini-games from Mario Party-e. It's mostly the same thing as Lakitu's Luck, however, most of the results the player can win have a negative effect on them.

A - Press Repeatedly to stop roulette.
