'Sad Paragoomba is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game, Super Princess Peach.
Sad Paragoombas are sad blue Goombas with wings. When jumped on, the turn into regular Sad Goombas.
According to the game's Glossary, it "Gets in your way by flying back and forth while sad."
