Rudder Madness is a 4 player mini-game in Mario Party 8.

Introduction

The four players will be lined up at the line, on lily pads with rudders, in a dirty swamp.

Gameplay

The objective is to get to the finish first. There are obstructions, that have to be dodged on the way, by turning. The player can turn by tilting their Wii Remote, or in this case, their rudder. When the player bumps in to an object, they will lose time. The first one to cross the finish line wins.

Ending

The winner will be doing the victory dance on the shore, while the others are flowing down the swamp, spinning.

Trivia

  • The title of the game is a pun on the phrase 'utter madness'.
