Raptor Boost is a special attack that Captain Falcon is able to use in Super Smash Bros. Melee. The player must tilt the control stick to the side and then press the B Button. Captain Falcon will proceed to do a very swift punch, and hit anyone who gets in the way. He will then send them flying straight up, which can leave them open to use Captain Falcon's Falcon Dive. However, he will stumble and fall forward if he misses his target. There is a very similar attack of Ganondorf's called Gerudo Dragon. However, this attack sends the opponent flying sideways, not upwards.
