Pipe Cleaners.
Pipe Cleaners is a 4-player mini-game found in Mario Party 3.
Gameplay
Each player has to knock the Mini-Bowser(s) by using a hammer as they pop out of the pipes. Watch out as the Mini-Bowser's will trick you. The player who has the most points wins.
