The Penguin Suit is an item in the upcoming game, New Super Mario Bros. Wii; as its name suggests, it is a suit that ressembles a penguin, with a colored body (color varies by player, for example: Mario's body is red, whilst Luigi's is green). The suit lets the player throw Ice Balls at enemies, freezing them; this not only prevents them from hurting the player, but the frozen enemies can also be used as platforms. The Penguin Suit lets the player swim more efficiently underwater, and even slide on ice, breaking any blocks they collide with.
