Terror Ax(Japanese Name:Men'ono[1]) (メン斧) is an enemy in Wario Land 4 in the Sapphire Passage. A Terror Ax is pink, has blue eyes, brown feet and a hatchet as its weapon. A Terror Ax leaves a small coin when defeated. It will only attack if it sees Wario and will attack by charging and swinging his ax at Wario. An Terror Ax has a close resemblance to the Terror Mummy.

Its Japanese name translates to "ax face."
