Mandibugs are beetle-like enemies found solely in Super Mario Galaxy. They infested the Honeyhive Galaxy and are led by the Bugaboom. They are apparently unfriendly neighbors of the Bees, and they take over the Bees' tower in Trouble on the Tower. They can be defeated simply by doing Ground Pounds on their backs.
They attack Mario by chasing him and harm the plumber with their mandibles. They appear as common foes in the Honeyhive Galaxy, and are led by Bugaboom.
