Luigeena is a minor character in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! who appeared in "Marianne and Luigeena." She and her sister Marianne are very fond of one another, although they occassionally argue. Luigeena is unaware that her cousins, Mario and Luigi, think poorly of them. She shares her name with Aunt Luigeena, who is either her aunt or mother.
Visiting the Mario Bros.
In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! live-action segment "Marianne and Luigeena", Luigeena, after hearing from her sister, Marianne that Lyle Alzado would be visiting Mario Brothers Plumbing, decided to go there in order to court Lyle.
Arriving at Mario Bros. Plumbing, Marianne and Luigeena noticed Mario and Luigi weren't home, but Lyle Alzado was there. Approaching Lyle, Marianne and Luigeena instantly began to flirt with him, unnerving him greatly. After making continued attempts to flirt with Lyle, Luigeena was eventually sent away to find Mario and Luigi by Marianne.
After some abscence, Luigeena, along with Marianne, who had gone off to search for Luigeena, returned to Mario Brothers Plumbing to tell Lyle that they're date with him was off; the two had recently seen Mel Gibson and had decided to follow him home.
