The Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper is an invention made by Kooky von Koopa. It only appeared in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Up, Up, and a Koopa". It was inside the Doomship, and could shoot lasers that would make everything it hit rise up to the sky.
King Koopa and Kooky used its abilities to terrorize Sky Land. However, after King Koopa turned up its power, it began to malfunction, and everything in the air began to fall down. Kooky later repairs and upgrades it, stating that it has ten times it original power. Bowser then begins to terrorize Mushroom Land, and conquered both Sky Land and Mushroom Land for a short while. Mario then took the Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper out of the Doomship and into Toad's floating house, and fired the Kooper-Dooper Raiser-Upper in reverse on the Doomship, which sent it crashing down to Dark Land since it was already in the air. Luigi then used it to lower everything else back to normal.
