The Koopa Master is an old Koopa who lives at the top of Pagoda Peak in Mario Party 7. Whoever climbs the mountain and gives him enough coins he'll give the character who climbed the mountain a star. In the game's solo mode, he will give a Koopa Master T-Shirt to anyone who gives him 100 coins, thus winning the mode.
The Koopa Master has an apprentice named Kun Fu Koopa.
