The Koopa Color Goopa is a device built by Kooky von Koopa. It can be attached to ships and its main purpose is to throw blue or red paint through an opening underneath it.
In The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "True Colors", King Koopa was beaten by the Mushroomers and the Mario Bros. when he attacked the Mushroom Kingdom at midnight (hoping they were not ready for it), due to their unity. To end to this unity, Kooky builds the Koopa Color Goopa, which he uses to divide the Mushroom Kingdom folks, and even Mario and Luigi, into two groups, causing them to fight constantly against the different-colored people.
