Players must damage Kamek by firing rockets at him. Rockets are collected by touching bubbles floating around the screen; once a rocket is collected, it protrudes from the front of the plane and can be fired manually. Normal rockets are worth two points, while golden rockets are worth five (and players who successfully land a five-point hit cheer much louder than when they land a two-point hit). Players can shove each other's planes around (but not their rockets) by hitting them with their own planes. Kamek will retaliate by summoning Bullet Bills in various formations, which can block player shots and damage them on contact. Anyone hit by a Bullet Bill loses a point and drops their equipped rocket, allowing someone else to pick it up.

As Kamek's health decreases, he summons more Bullet Bills at a time; once his health is down to half, he gets angry and switches to summoning Banzai Bills and Big Amps, which take up much more space and do increased damage (Big Amps take two points per hit and stun players briefly, while Banzai Bills take three points per hit). All of Kamek's attacks are telegraphed by his charging magic in his wand, but he attacks more frequently as the battle goes on.

Template:Minigame-infobox Kamek's Rocket Rampage is a boss minigame appearing in Mario Party 10. It takes place in Airship Central and pits players against Kamek.

Introduction

The minigame takes place high in the sky at sunset; as it progresses, the scene will change to night. The players (each manning a small plane) fly through Bowser's airship fleet before Kamek swoops in ahead of them. He laughs as he uses his magic to enlarge himself, beginning the minigame.

Gameplay

The minigame in the night

The minigame ends once Kamek's HP drops to zero. The player who lands the final blow gains an additional five points. After Kamek is defeated, the result screen is shown with a sum of points, penalties, and bonuses. The player with the most points overall wins the minigame.

Ending

After gaining the last hit, Kamek and his broomstick get launched into the sky and explode into a firework.
