Goomba to Maneuver

Template:Minigame-infobox Goomba to Maneuver (known as Tour and Simple in PAL Regions) is a General minigame from Mario Party: Island Tour.

Introduction

The player is seen coming in from the bottom of the top screen holding a flag with their color, and ten Goombas are seen following their steps. The minigame then begins.

Gameplay

The player must direct the Goombas to the end of a course filled with Thorny Flowers. If a Goomba at any point in the line touches one of the flowers, then it and all Goombas behind it disappear. If the player touches any of the Thorny Flowers, they will be stunned. As they progress along the course, more Thorny Flowers appear. The player who has the most Goombas after all 4 reach the finish line wins.

If a player does not lead any Goombas to the finish, that player automatically gets 4th place. If no player leads any Goombas then the minigame ends in a tie.

Trivia

• This is the only minigame in which Finish! is signaled independently for each player, rather than for all players.
