Disable

Disable is one of Mewtwo's moves in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is executed by pressing Down+B. It makes sparks come out of Mewtwos head, and if tthey hit anybody, then the charecter is immoble. It mewtwo does this move again if there immobile, then theyyle be sent into the air- with only one damage made to them.
