The Diet Book is a book, obviously about diet, in Super Paper Mario. During Mario, Luigi and Bowser's visit to The Underwhere they found Hagra and her other sisters living in the Underwhere Road.
Hagra tells the heroes that she let a D-Man borrow her diet book and that she now wanted it back but because of her old age (and the fact she's dead) she couldn't go and get it. She sent the heroes to get it back from the D-Man and then when they gave the Diet Book to Hagra she rewarded them with a key.
The D-Man states that the Diet Book didn't help and he said that it was just a fad.
