Crater Crawl

Template:Minigame-infobox Crater Crawl is a 4-player and duel minigame coming from Mario Party DS.

Gameplay

The players must climb up to get out of an erupting volcano while they avoid large pillars of lava jumping out at them.

When an area of the lava bubbles, it signifies that that area will soon shoot a pillar of lava out. Players may also repeatedly press the A button to climb above other players so they can get around them. The ones who get out of the volcano are the winners. However, if they are eliminated by the lava, and there is only one remaining, that one will win. The longer at least two players survive, the faster the lava will bubble.

Ending

The winning players will be seen outside of the volcano, doing their victory dance. The volcano is still erupting, with the lava in it flowing into a gap and large amounts of smoke emitting from it.

• Rules – "Avoid getting hit by lava eruptions until the timer runs out to win, or just be the last one standing."
• Tips – "A lava gush will bubble before it blows. That's your signal to get out of its way."
