Chief Chilly

Cheif Chilly is the Mario Kart DS version of Chill Bully, a Big Bully made of ice, and with a diference in the horn(s). You fight him with Luigi, in the same fase as Big Bully, having to throw him off the platform. You will battle him in the end of Level 6 of the Mission Mode.It has some diference from his Super Mario 64 counterpart, though: he has to be pushed off three times, instead of one, becoming stronger each time, and has a angrier look, with a moustache and eyebrows, made all of ice. The first time is as easy as Big Bully, the second he becomes heavier and the third, he will dodge you turbos! To defeat him, either atack when he's not looking or from very close, so he won't notice.
