Chickadactyl

Chickadactyl, also called Chickendactyls are bizzare-looking creatures which resemble a cross between chickens and lizards. Chickadactyls were prominantly featured in the Super Mario World episode "King Scoopa Koopa".

In "King Scoopa Koopa", Bowser utilized several Chickadactyls to supply the eggs for his fast-food concession stand, "Scoopa Koopa". After Bowser was defeated, Princess Toadstool dropped Bowser's Chickadactyls into a nearby Warp Pipe, which led to an unspecified location.

Chickadactyls were briefly mentioned by Bowser in a later Super Mario World episode entitled "Rock TV". After having brainwashed the populace of Dome City, Bowser's first command to his new servants is for them to "Cluck like Chickadactyls!". The cavepeople proceed to do so.

In "King Scoopa Koopa" it was revealed that Bowser possessed some strange plant which produced a sauce that could mutate other creatures into Chickadactyls, giving the recipient of this ingredient bird-like qualities and reduced intelligence.
