A Cellular Shopper is an item found in Mario Party 3. It is bought at one of the items shops on the board. When used this item, a player can call Toad or Koopa Kid from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It cost 5 coins to buy one. It works just like an item shop. It is Princess Daisy's favorite item.
