Captain Goomba is a Goomba in Mario Party 8. He appears at the end of Goomba's Booty Boardwalk. Like his name says, he is a captain of a ship. He will give any character that comes to him in the game a star. That is, only if the character brought 50 coins. The same thing happens in Star Battle.
