A Bowser Doll resembles the King of the Koopas. There is only one Bowser Doll known to exist, and it appears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.

The Bowser Doll is owned by Gaz, son of the Rose Town innkeeper. Gaz likes to recreate Mario's various adventures using his Mario, Peach, and Bowser dolls. When Mario arrives in Rose Town, he decides to play with the young kid. Gaz decides he will be "Mario" and that the real Mario will use the Bowser Doll. Suprisingly, Mario does a good imitation of the real Bowser. During the pretend battle, "Mario" loses to "Bowser". Thus the Bowser Doll must fight Gaz's favorite doll, Geno. However, the battle ends prematurely as Geno's Super Star Shot accidentally hits Mario, not the Bowser Doll.
