Template:Kart-infobox The Baby Booster (also known as Booster Seat in North America) is a kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The kart is a baby stroller with an engine and 2 exhaust pipes in the back, a pair of headlamps on the front of the vehicle, and a roof that tends to open when the characters jump from the cab. The emblem is on the front and the back of the cab. Only small characters can drive this vehicle.

- The Baby Booster is the only vehicle other than the Twinkle Star in Mario Kart Wii to go through a design change other than a palette-swap. The case here is that the fringes of the Baby Booster's roof are absent when one of the Baby Mario Bros. is driving it.
- The hub caps of Dry Bones's Baby Booster resemble a bird's eye view of his shell.
- The Baby Booster has the same weight as the Bubble Bike.
