Blizzard Bear.
Blizzard is a bear who lives in a basecamp in K3. He is attempting to climb to the top of K3, but he will have to miss Blue's birthday party in order to do that. Dixie and Kiddy Kong can do Blizzard a favor by delivering his present to Blue.
