Jump-Over Clouds are clouds with eyes living in The Overthere during the game Super Paper Mario. Jump-Over Clouds can be used like trampolines. Jump-Over clouds have eyes like Lakitu's Cloud however they do not have mouth and no one is riding them. Cyrrus looks like a Jump-Over Cloud but is most likely not one.
