Spicy Soup is an item that appears in Paper Mario, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and Super Paper Mario.
In Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Spicy Soup restores 4 HP and 4 FP. It can be made by giving a Fire Flower to Tayce T. (Paper Mario) or Zess T. (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door).
In Super Paper Mario, it restores 8 HP and is made by Saffron using a Fire Burst.
