The level starts with a few hiding Bandits and Ghost Guys. Then there is a Coin Bandit with the first red coin and a ? Cloud. Then there is some lava, more Bandits, and Podoboos. There are also several red coins in this area. Past an egg block are a few Bandits hitching rides on balloons. Then there a few more ? Clouds and a Coin Bandit. Past that is more lava and some Podoboos. Then there is an egg block and some Zues Guys, along with a flower. After that, there are some Flatbed Ferries and a Fly Guy. At the end there is a ? Cloud.
The next room includes some Little Skull Mousers and the Middle Ring. Then there are some more hiding Bandits. After that there are some Baseball Boys and more Bandits on balloons. Then there are some Ptooies and more Podoboos. Then there are some more Baseball Boys, Ptooies and a Toadie. After a small maze, some Baseball Boys, a Ptooie and a Little Skull Mouser the room  ends with a few red coins.
The next room is a giant spike pit with the middle ring and a Super Star. The room is filled with enemies that can hinder Baby Mario's progress. After the giant spike pit there is the goal ring.
