Not to be confused with Fishbone, Jean de Fillet is a skeleton fish that lives in lava. It only appears in two levels of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It's at the very end of Tap-Tap the Red Noses fortress, and underwater in The Impossible Maze.
They stick they're heads out of the water, then jump out. They can be defeated with a well timed egg.
Jean is a french name, and fillet is a boneless slice of meat.
