The Fluff Festival is an event in Pianta Village during the events of Super Mario Sunshine. It is where the Piantas celebrate Fluff (which appears to be some kind of cloud), and hang on to it and float in the wind. Mario went through this Festival in Episode 8 of Pianta Village, "Fluff Festival Coin Hunt", to collect eight Red Coins. This festival is a mystery; there is no information on how it started, and no information on who started it.
